Motorcycle & car collide leaving one man seriously injured, Durban North

At around 13h30 on Thursday afternoon Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a collision at the intersection of Soosie Sahed and Prem Brook Roads in Durban North. Exact detail to the cause of the crash and preceding events is still speculative and will form part of the South African Police investigation.

Netcare 911 Emergency Care Practitioner and the ambulance crew arrived at the scene and found a man in his thirties lying on the ground with life threatening injuries after a motorcycle and a car collided. Paramedics worked tirelessly at the scene to stabilise the man and after placing him on a ventilator and skillfully immobilising him on a trauma board, they transported him to a specialised hospital for the care that he required.
